We can test for a pregnancy hormone known as relaxin as early as 20 days after breeding. After 45 days, we can use x-ray equipment to confirm pregnancy and estimate the number of puppies or kittens.

We perform cesarean sections for pets and can help you determine whether your pet will likely need one of these surgeries when the time comes to deliver. By figuring this out in advance, it’s often possible to avoid the need for an emergency c-section once an animal has already gone into labor.
