When you bring your dog or cat to us for pet dental care in Apex, we will perform a comprehensive cleaning and examination while they are under general anesthesia. Our veterinarians use anesthesia to ensure patient comfort and safety, and they take every precaution to ensure pets are healthy enough to undergo the procedure before starting. 

We will take digital dental x-rays and carefully inspect your pet’s teeth above and below the gum line. We’ll all clean their teeth to remove plaque and tartar. If we find any serious problems, we may need to perform extractions, too. In any case, we always strive to make our dental services as safe and stress-free for our patients as possible.
